Hans Henrik Knoop is Associate Professor of educational psychology and Director of the Positive Psychology Research Unit at the Danish School of Education, University of Aarhus, Denmark. His work is focused on learning and creativity in education and professional work, currently collaborating with more than 12.000 pupils and 2.000 teachers.

Anders Olofsson
Anders Olofsson is Associate Professor at the department of Education, Mid Sweden University. He is responsible for the Ph. D program in education but teach at all levels, from bachelor to supervisor for doctoral students. His research interest is mainly in aspects of school development as what makes a principal successful in leading staff and reaching the academic and social goals in the national educational system.

Frans Ørsted Andersen is an associate professor conducting research for the Department of Education at the University of Aarhus, Denmark. He is a psychologist, and his main area of research covers class room studies and case studies looking e.g at best practice and/or the effect of new ways of teaching/ organizing education, e.g. so called “cooperative learning”.
